With a career that commenced in 2007 as a diamond turning operator, Tony has ascended through numerous operational roles, including supervising production and managing quality standards. His extensive experience positions him well to enhance our operations and contribute significantly to our success.
In his role as Operations Manager, Tony’s responsibilities are crucial for the seamless execution of our daily operations. He will focus on optimizing processes, managing teams, effectively allocating resources, and upholding our high-quality standards. Additionally, Tony is tasked with leading continuous improvement initiatives that are essential for our growth and efficiency.
