Micro-LAM Welcomes Kevin Brozovich as Chief People Officer
Micro-LAM is thrilled to announce the addition of Kevin Brozovich to our team as the Chief People Officer. With a seasoned background in HR and a longstanding relationship with our company, Kevin is poised to lead our Employee Success initiatives into a new era.
Kevin comes to us with over 30 years of experience in human resources, spanning from manufacturing sectors to HR consulting. “I’ve worked in HR my entire career,” Kevin explains. “After spending 16 years as a consultant, including three years with Micro-LAM, I was excited to be offered the opportunity to join the team permanently. I really enjoy the team and the culture here.”
In his new role, Kevin will focus on enhancing our workplace culture and aligning it with Micro-LAM’s core values. His daily activities will involve talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. “As Chief People Officer, I will be responsible for creating a great place to work by developing a culture that is in alignment with our core values,” says Kevin.
What excites Kevin the most about his new role is the chance to work closely with the team he has grown to admire. He looks forward to actively participating in and managing our ongoing growth.
Kevin’s personal philosophy, “Everyone deserves a great place to work,” underscores his commitment to making Micro-LAM not just a workplace but a community where everyone enjoys their role. His approach to life and work is reflected in his hobbies too, which include hiking, reading, writing, and classic cars. A fun fact about Kevin is his daily tradition of wearing fun socks as a reminder to add a little levity to each day.
